Deadline for application was 9 May 2008. Applications received after this date cannot be accepted. Only the candidates from participating countries are eligible to apply.

Only applications received online can be accepted. Candidates will need to indicate two referees who are willing to be contacted by e-mail. The final candidates will need to confirm their participation within a week of receiving notification of their selection. Failure to do so may result in removal from the list of candidates and the place being offered to another candidate from the reserve list.

Participants are expected to be available during the overall period of the Programme (July 2008–April 2009) and to attend each planned activity (two weeks in Germany, some days in South-eastern Europe for the group activities and five days in Belgium). The three parts of the Programme require full-time presence. Failure to attend the entire Programme will result in exclusion, and the Programme’s certificate will not be awarded.

The cost of participation in the Programme for the successful candidates will be covered by the Programme donors. This will include travel costs, full room and board, visa fees and health insurance where required.
